Terms and Conditions of Sale
These conditions are agreed between Allsfor, IC2 - EN 1 - 98/99 . Ataíja de Cima (Portugal), and anyone who wishes to make purchases through the website www.store.allsfor.com, hereafter client.
The computerized records, kept safely in the computer systems of Allsfor store will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.
Allsfor is not liable for damage arising from interference, interruptions, computer viruses, breakdowns or other operating system abnormalities that might constrain or prevent access to our services.
The shipment of orders will be made to the Portugal, Madeira and Azores islands and some foreign countries.
These conditions refer only to singular persons not traders.
The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by the general conditions described herein.
These conditions aim to define the selling arrangements between Allsfor and the client, ordering services or products, through the payment and delivery. These conditions regulate all steps necessary to accomplish the order and ensure the follow-up between the parties.
Allsfor Store reserves the right to change the conditions of sale without prior notice.
The product images are illustrative only and may not correspond exactly to the actual product, but to the mentioned features. The availability of items is limited to existing stock. In the absence of product availability, Allsfor undertakes to inform the customer and refund him (if he has already made the payment) within 30 days from the order date.
The client must register on Allsfor website to be able to order from the online catalogue. On completion of the order presupposes the acceptance of prices and description of products available for sale, which are the only applications to the contract thus concluded.
When placing your order, the user expresses its full and complete acceptance of the general conditions of sale, prices and description of the products included in this transaction. These general conditions of sale are the only applicable ones between the two parties.
The customer will receive an email copy of the order. The order placed by the user is subject to confirmation by Allsfor.
IMPORTANT WARNINGS
When receiving the order, if the box is damaged, you must describe the condition of the box in the receipt document, along with the signature.
Allsfor offers different delivery modes:
- Delivery at Allsfor warehouse (Portugal)
The order can be raised in Allsfor warehouse (Allsfor (IC2 - EN 1 - 98/99 . Ataíja de Cima - 2460-713 Aljubarrota - Portugal) by choice. Opening hours of the shop: Monday to Friday: 8:30 to 12:30 and 14:00pm to 19:00
ATTENTION: For pickup deliveries, the customer must fill in the mobile phone number in the proper registration field, otherwise he could not be notified when an order is available at the pickup point. If the customer do not withdraw within 10 days of receiving the message, the order will only be reactivated after the customer made payment of the second delivery (see values in the chapter "Shipping table").
- Delivery at home - Portugal (mainland)
Products will be delivered by carrier maximum of 10 working days after payment receipt date, except in the following cases: stock rupture, absence of the recipient at the place of delivery or failure of the carrier. Note also that after confirmation of payment, an email will be sent to the client with the date of dispatch of your order. Deliveries will be made only on weekdays between 9:00am - 06:00pm. If you want to receive the order in another address or a specific day/time, this intention must be clearly written in the specified field.
- Delivery at home - Portugal (islands: Azores/Madeira)
Products will be delivered by carrier (sea) no more than 20 working days after receipt of payment, except in the following cases: stock rupture, the recipient's absence at the place of delivery or failure of the carrier. Deliveries will be made only on weekdays between 9:00am - 06:00pm. If you want to receive the order in another address or a specific day/time, this intention must be clearly written in the specified field.
- International delivery
The order will be effected only after confirmation of shipment values, calculated according to weight, size and destination country. The customer will then receive an email with the amount to be paid. Note also that after confirmation of payment, an email will be sent to the client with the date of dispatch of your order. Products will be delivered by carrier at most 15 working days after receipt of payment, except in the following cases: stock rupture, absence of the recipient at the place of delivery or failure of the carrier.
• LOSS
In case the order does not arrive within the time specified by the carrier entity, prompted the customer the necessary documentation in order to make a claim process. Allsfor is required to wait for completion of the transport company survey before making a referral or refund the purchase. This deadline is imposed by the carrier to which Allsfor is linked to. If your order arrives incomplete, you must send photographs of the package to info@allsfor.com referring the order number and date / time of receipt. Complaints that do not include photographs of the box and other evidence will not be considered.
• FREIGHT CHART
The value of postage varies depending on the destination (Portugal, Islands or abroad) and the selected delivery mode

Payment shall be made in advance, by ATM, credit card, paypal or bank transfer. All requested confidential data will be used to pay the order.
Payment must be made within 5 days of the order shipment date.After this period, the order will be canceled.
Thus, Allsfor offers various modes of payment:
- Credit card
In this way, place your order and choose the mode of payment credit card. You will be automatically redirected to the Redunicre payment page where you will have to fill in the requested data.
- MBWay
To make payments using MBWay, you must first install the mobile app. When ordering, select the MB WAY payment method. Then enter your mobile number and finally confirm notifications in the app.
You must confirm your purchase within 15 minutes. After this timeout, the purchase order expires and you will need to repeat the purchase process to receive a new notification.
- ATM
Another way to make your payment of your order is through the mode of payment by ATM.
- Place your order and choose the ATM payment mode.
- You will receive an email with the data for payment and the continuation of the order.
- Make the payment using cash machine or home banking service. You just need to follow the following instructions:
• In the case of carrying out a transfer through the ATM or through the home banking service:
1.Select the menu: Payments and other services;
2.Select the option: Service payments / purchases;
3.Enter the data received: Entity, Reference and Value.
4.Confirm the entered data;
5.Keep the receipt.
- Paypal
In this way, place your order and choose Paypal payment mode. You will be automatically redirected to the Paypal payment page where you will have to fill in the requested data.
- Bank transfer
When placing your order you can select the bank transfer payment and follow the instructions as below:
• In the case of carrying out a transfer through the ATM:
1.Choose the option: Transfer / Interbank transfers in euros;
2.Enter the total amount of your order and the VAT number: 514767278 or IBAN: PT50007900007615064710144. Wait for the receipt as proof of transfer;
3.Keep the receipt.
• In the case of carrying out a transfer through the home banking service:
1.Go to the home banking service of your bank (you need to know the data access to your online bank account);
2.Select the Transfer / Interbank Transfers option;
3.Enter the total amount of your order and the VAT number: 514767278;
4.Keep the receipt
For reimbursement situations:
• Items not collected or returns - reimbursement will be made by bank transfer.
• Sold out or canceled articles - reimbursement will be made by bank transfer.
• Order canceled - reimbursement will be made by bank transfer.
The customer can withdraw from the purchase within 15 working days of the product delivery date, communicating its intention by e-mail: info@allsfor.com . The article must be returned with the original invoice and packing, with all accessories, offers and in perfect condition. Allsfor Store is not responsible and reserves the right to reject potential returns when the goods are in poor condition, by misuse or transport damage. Transport costs arising from the return or exchange will be Allsfor Store responsibility in case the article does not respond to the request. Otherwise the above expenses will be the customer's responsibility. The exchange or refund will be denied when there is a breach of these parameters. In case of refund, Allsfor Store shall make the payment by check or bank transfer within 30 days.
- Returns in warehouse Forest Stone
A way to make the return of the items is through our warehouse.
To proceed with the return of the goods to Forest Stone warehouse (IC2 - EN 1 - 98/99 - Ataíja de Cima - 2460-713 Aljubarrota). Opening hours of the warehouse: Monday to Friday: from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm; just follow these steps:
1. Pack the items, as well as all the accessories and offers you want to return in the original packaging, along with the invoice;
2. Go to the store and delivered the packaging.
Upon receipt of your package in our facilities, we will proceed with the bank transfer. Reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 30 days.
Prices of the products should be considered in euros (€), with included fees and taxes, but do not include the delivery costs. The VAT is 23%. The prices may be modified in the website at any time without notice. In the treatment of your whole order and any error rates which could possibly be showing on the site due to technical anomalies will be detected. In this situation the customer is contacted. If the price of the product displayed on the site is actually lower, the difference is returned. If the price exceeds the customer will be contacted and may accept or cancel the order.
All products presented are limited to existing stock.
The products of this site benefit from a general two-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The consumer shall inform Allsfor Store the possible lack of conformity within two months from the purchase date of the product, the prerogative without which does not operate the security interest. The warranty period is counted from the date of purchase of the product and does not cover components subject to periodic replacement (when this applies), or the damage caused by negligent use, misuse, accident or deterioration through use. The warranty will only be considered upon presentation of the relevant proof of purchase. In case of non-compliance of the product with the contract, the consumer is entitled to this to be replaced without charge. It expires when unauthorized entities have repaired, modified or replaced component of the article. The expression "free of charge", behind used, refers to the expenses necessary to restore the product to conformity with the contract, including in particular the transport costs, hand labor and material. These costs and risks related to the shipment of the product and its subsequent return to the customer, are only Allsfor Store responsibility during the duty warranty period. The costs of maintenance and repair of the product not resulting from the application of the warranty will be charged to the consumer. The warranty is free and came automatically from the purchase of the product. The rights and duties of both parties are regulated and detailed in Decree-Law No. 67/2003, as amended by Decree-Law No. 84/2008, to which reference is made.
In case of consumer dispute online, the consumer may resort to a dispute settlement system responsible for resolving disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts or services.
In this context, the European Union has created a website to support consumers. Allsfor provides all the information so you can exercise your right to complain to an official body, third and impartial to the process, which will help to resolve the dispute in question.
